The hotel was clean and had a nice secure feel. The parking lot was well lighted and the outer perimeter doors were locked at night. There was a free breakfast offered to all overnight guests. The breakfast area was well kept and adequate for a light "get on the road" meal. The staff was friendly and accommodating with any questions we had about the area.
My girlfriend and I were heading to Florida last week and decided to make this hotel our "half-way" point stay. We got in a little late (Atlanta Traffic to blame) and they still had our room ready for us. Breakfast was fairly standard breakfast for budget hotels like this so there is absolutely nothing to complain about there. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone needing to stay in the area. Also, I work for another hotel under the Choice Hotels wing so I feel like that might mean a little something.
We booked three rooms for family members who were traveling through on their way to Michigan. The staff were very helpful and advised us to wait until we were sure of the arrival time before booking the rooms. The family arrived in the early morning hours and the staff assisted in getting everyone comfortable, providing extra towels and linens. We live in Newnan and had visited several local motels before deciding to check out Quality. Quality was by far the cleanest, most attractive and quietest as they are all inside rooms. They allowed us to use the travel coupons for all the rooms so they were also the least expensive. They happily allowed us to inspect the rooms and stock the rooms with drinks and snacks. Save time and money...go to the Quality Inn.
My wife and I stayed here on a "getaway" trip. The pros...very friendly service, comfortable stay, nice new television. The cons...small rooms, meager continental breakfast, first room we were given had not been cleaned thoroughly. But a larger room is hardly a necessity with just two people, and if you decide to go to a restaurant for breakfast, should be a great stay at a reasonable price.
My family recently enjoyed at the Quality Inn in Newnan, Georgia. Overall stay was very good because of price of double bed room, friendliness of staff, clean pool and overall cleanliness of hotel. Good breakfast, free wi-fi, and nice weight room. Michael Glover, the general manager, and Wendy, the front desk manager were very accomodating and pleasant. We have stayed in at least five hotels in Newnan, and for the value this one is the best. Thank you.
Staff was very friendly. Room was average. There was a musty/mildews smell all over the second floor. I stayed 3 days and that was enough. Plenty of shopping in the area but I don't think I'd stay there again.
I was very disappointed from the start. This hotel is difficult to find as it is hidden on an off street behind businesses and trees. I stayed in a suite on the third floor. Filthy is an understatement. The carpets were stained, the chairs were stained and there was a collection of dust more than 1/2 an inch deep on the curtains. The a/c didn't have a happy medium. You were either very hot or freezing. When I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk, I was told they didn't have any. Not sure why I stayed as long as I did, maybe because once I was there, I didn't feel like packing up and moving again. I stayed for 6 nights because my mom is at the local Cancer Treatment Center. After the 6th night I asked about discounts for caregivers because I found out that most hotels in the area offer them. The manager rudely told me that he would not credit my account for any discounts (which I wasn't even asking for) and that if I wanted any kind of discount here forward the hospital would have to call them. In the meantime, I was told by the manager I couldn't stay where I was until it was worked out. I would have to packup all my belongings and check out or pay for another room at full price. I had just spend $650 on the previous nights stay...a little consideration would have gone a long way. Needless to say...I checked out and moved down to LaQuinta, much better place, friendly staff and CLEAN rooms!!
We've stayed here many times, (usually 6-8 times a year) and have found the quality dependently good, the staff extremely helpful and nice. However, we learned this week that the chain is now owned by the Quality Inns. No more coupons at the welcome centers (altho they did honor the current one), prices will be going up considerably, and NO more sausage in the sausage gravy - guess it's a new cost-cutting maneuver. Guess we won't be staying here any more.
I stayed here for 3 nights for business and booked the hotel solely from trip advisor reviews/price. When I arrived, I was very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff and was also greeted each and every time I went in and out. I had a small issue with my first room (toilet didn't work) and the staff quickly switched me to another room. I didn't have any issues with billing or anything else after departure and was very pleased with the overall result. This is also a very good location, within walking distance of a gas station, close to a couple restaurants, and just a mile or two away from a large shopping district with everything you could possibly need. I didn't feel that my room was the cleanest as both rooms I was in had some stains on the carpets and damage to the walls, but these are probably very old issues that are thoroughly cleaned. I checked the sheets thoroughly first thing after noticing the floor stains and the sheets were completely clean. I don't have any lingering c
Booked this hotel because of it's rating on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent. From the front desk clerk to room service that you passed in the hallway. Everyone always spoke and asked how you were doing. Room was clean and fresh. The TV channel selection was pretty limited. Couldn't get the Braves game. :-( Very satisfied with our stay.
